“Hi Mike. In December, I had my oil tank replaced by your company. I think it is a good idea to pass along why I went to Niccoli Bros over your competition for the replacement of my tank. You came out to inspect the tank to see what needed to be done. Your competition (will not mention name) said they were too busy to come out and that the quote they give over the phone “usually” stands. They went on to say that if there are any problems, they will address them at that point and the cost could go up. Your quote was firm. Thank you very much!
