As a full-service company, we offer expert service and installation of all types of gas and oil equipment, propane systems, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and oil tanks. We are dedicated to our customers, our families and our environment. One of our top priorities is to protect both the environment and homeowners from oil spills! Therefore, we inspect all oil tanks periodically to ensure your oil tank is safe, free of charge.

A Family Business for more than 75 Years
The year was 1946, a time of optimism, promise, and a demand for better ways of living. The war in Europe had ended and brothers Roger and Joseph Niccoli were honorably discharged from military service. Having no formal education, Roger decided to exploit his mechanical acumen and knowledge of the plumbing and heating trade and together, Roger and Joseph began a company called Modern Oil Heating Co. The advent of coal to oil conversions began in the mid 1940’s and sustained the success of their new company into the mid 1950’s. In those early years, they saw the evolving transition from coal to oil as an opportunity to grow their business in a new direction by selling home heating oil.
Today we provide a full spectrum of energy solutions to over 10,000 customers in Southeastern Massachusetts. With the third generation well-versed in computer technology and the latest in fuel-efficient equipment for commercial and residential applications, we continue to grow, diversify, and expand our services and delivery area.
